Robert J. Walling is “Of Counsel” to Bois & Macdonald. Mr. Walling's thirty five year law practice career has been devoted to tax, real estate, corporate and finance law. He is regularly involved informing corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and other business entities. He also has extensive experience in business operations counseling and transactional assistance experience.
Mr. Walling's practice puts to use his extensive business transaction expertise in real estate and business asset acquisitions, mergers, dispositions and reorganizations. Mr. Walling is certified as a tax specialist by the State Bar of California. Mr. Walling's extensive expertise and experience in tax law and finance derives from both being in-house counsel for Bank of America and over two decades of private practice.
Mr. Walling attended law school at the University of California's Hastings College of Law graduating in 1972. Mr. Walling was later awarded an advanced law degree in taxation (L.L.M.) from New York University School of Law in 1973. In addition to Mr. Walling's legal experience and credentials he is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Walling serves as a Judge Pro Tem to the Orange County Superior Court and is also a frequent college lecturer.
Mr. Walling has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory, which is the highest rating an attorney can
receive.
